BESTCOME is the filter press brand of Shanghai Boyan Machinery Co., Ltd. We build presses, plates and cloth as one supply line, so the parts inside the machine are specified for the same duty as the frame around them.
Who we are
A filtration supplier, not a catalogue reseller
Shanghai Boyan Machinery Co., Ltd. supplies filter presses, filter plates and filter cloth to distributors, plant operators and environmental project contractors. BESTCOME is the brand under which those products are quoted and shipped.
Our work starts with the duty: what the slurry contains, how much of it there is, and what has to happen to the cake afterwards. Plate size, chamber count, pressure and cloth follow from those answers. Where a plant already has a press, we work from the existing dimensions and port layout instead of proposing a new frame.
This site describes product ranges and typical configurations. Project scenarios on the site are illustrative composites, and final specifications are always confirmed on the approved drawing for the order.

Manufacturing and quality
Six checkpoints before a press is packed
The sequence below describes how an order moves through the works. Records from each stage are issued with the shipment.

Specification review
Duty sheet, plate size and pressure rating are fixed and checked against the frame design before cutting starts.

Frame fabrication
Side bars, cross members and closing unit are fabricated to drawing, then trial assembled.
- 03
Plate and cloth matching
Plates, handles and cloth are checked against the drainage pattern before the stack is assembled.
- 04
Hydraulic and control build
Power unit, valves and control panel are assembled and wired as one package.
- 05
Pressure test
The closing unit and feed circuit are tested at the specified pressure before dispatch.
- 06
Packing and documentation
Export packing, drawings, operating settings and a spare plate and cloth set are prepared.
