How we specify
From slurry sample to commissioned press
The sequence is the same for every industry. Only the values change.

Duty sheet
Flow rate, solids content, particle size, pH and temperature are collected before any model is proposed.

Bench check
Where the slurry is new to us, a sample is filtered to confirm permeability and cake behaviour.
- 03
Specification
Plate size, chamber count, pressure and automation follow the duty and the available floor space.
- 04
Handover
Drawings, operating settings and a spare plate and cloth set are issued with the unit.
