How this range is specified
A filter press is sized from the duty point, not from a catalogue number. Filtration area, plate size, chamber count, feed pressure and cycle time all follow the solids load, particle size and target cake moisture of your process. BESTCOME builds chamber, membrane, plate and frame, and automatic presses, and matches plates and cloth to the same duty.

Common questions
Chamber presses suit free-filtering slurries where a 25–35 mm cake is acceptable. Membrane presses add a squeeze stage after filtration, which usually shortens the cycle and lowers cake moisture on fine or compressible solids. The decision normally comes down to cake moisture targets, cycle time and whether the downstream process values drier cake.
