Industry solution

Metal hydroxide sludge dewatering with corrosion-safe materials

Plating sludge and spent process baths dewatered with materials chosen for aggressive chemistry.

Metal finishing workshop with plating lines

What makes this duty different

Three constraints that shape the specification

  1. 01

Aggressive chemistry shortens plate and cloth life.

  2. 02

Filtrate must be contained, not spilled on the floor.

  3. 03

Disposal cost depends directly on cake moisture.

Metal finishing waste contains hydroxides and residues that attack ordinary components. Plate material, cloth fibre and wetted parts are selected for the specific bath chemistry, and the press is arranged for contained filtrate handling. Cake is discharged for controlled disposal or metal recovery.
