Where this model fits
Polypropylene chamber plates are the default choice for most aqueous slurries up to about 80 °C. They resist a wide range of acids and alkalis, release cake cleanly when the drainage pattern matches the cloth, and are light enough for manual handling on smaller presses. Plates are supplied individually or as a matched stack.

The plate is set on the side rail with the handle in position.

The stack is closed to the rated pressure, not beyond.

Watch filtrate clarity and cycle pressure for early wear signs.
