Where this model fits
Membrane plates combine a rigid polypropylene carrier with a flexible membrane that inflates during the squeeze stage. The membrane can be replaced as a separate part, which keeps the carrier in service. Plate design and membrane pressure are matched to the press frame and the target cake moisture.

Cycle, step by step

Filter
The chamber fills and cake forms against the membrane face.

Squeeze
Squeeze medium inflates the membrane behind the cloth.

Hold
Pressure is held briefly to displace residual water.

Release
The membrane deflates and the cake relaxes.
- 05
Discharge
Plates open and the compacted cake releases cleanly.
