Where this model fits
The BC-CP is the standard chamber press: a robust frame, PP chamber plates and a hydraulic closing unit. It suits slurries that release water readily and where a 25–35 mm cake is acceptable. Because there is no membrane stage, the press is simpler to operate and maintain, which fits plants running steady, repeatable cycles.

Cycle, step by step

The ram closes the stack and holds the sealing faces together.

Slurry fills each chamber through the feed eye.

Filtrate drains along the plate grooves to the outlet.

Pressure is released and the stack opens plate by plate.

Discharge
Cake falls into the collection area for transport.
